Land acquisition and storage strategy and optimization of urban spatial layout

Abstract

This article explores the relationship between land acquisition and storage strategies and optimization of urban spatial layout. By analyzing the current situation, challenges, and strategies for high-quality development requirements of land reserves, a logical approach for the preparation of land reserve planning has been proposed. Based on the actual case of Jinan City, Shandong Province, this paper summarizes the implementation effect of land reserve planning and looks forward to the future development direction.
