Kindergarten Education Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education clearly puts forward: "use painting and other forms to arouse children's interest in reading picture books, and cultivate pre-reading and pre-painting skills".This shows that picture books are of great significance for children to cultivate their interest and develop the ability of art education activities. Picture books are timely and appropriately introduced into children's art teaching, by guiding children to observe, think and discuss the pictures and plots in picture books, to stimulate children's art creation inspiration and imagination, and make up for the lack of children's art teaching, but also to enrich its content and form, promote children's all-round development.

With the continuous development of art education, the innovation and practice of piano music teachingreceive more and more attention. This study aims to explore how to improve the quality of piano teaching through theinnovation of teaching methods, contents and materials under the guidance of modern educational concepts. Usingliterature data method and case study method, a series of innovative teaching strategies are put forward, aiming at theproblems existing in traditional teaching, such as introducing multimedia teaching resources, organizing interactiveteaching activities, and promoting skills such as impromptu accompaniment. The results show that innovative teachingmode can enhance students' interest in learning, enhance musical expression and creativity, and also help to cultivatestudents' comprehensive musical literacy. These research results have a positive guiding significance for promoting themodernization of piano teaching and realizing the comprehensive development of education.

In the process of carrying out the teaching work of the three-dimensional modeling course, the teaching methods adopted by the teachers make me deeply affect the efficiency and quality of the students' learning of this course to a certain extent. It may also cause students to be very interested in learning the course. Through specific cases to guide students to apply and learn the knowledge of this course. It can effectively meet the learning needs of students to alarge extent, and greatly improve the learning quality of students. Therefore, in this paper, based on the concept of OBE case teaching mode in the teaching reform measures in-depth analysis, hope to gradually optimize the overall quality of 3D modeling course teaching work to lay a solid foundation, at the same time can also to help students understand the basic knowledge of 3D modeling course.

This article explores how to effectively enhance the prevention and response capabilities of student apartment emergencies based on the concept of CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement). The article first elaborates on thetypes and characteristics of emergencies, and then formulates targeted preventive measures, and constructs an early warning system and emergency response mechanism. Through data analysis to support decision-making, continuous improvement and evaluation of security management were ultimately achieved. This study provides a new perspective and practical path for counselors in the management of student apartment safety in the new era.

With the rapid development of the times and the continuous progress of the society, the young workers, as the new blood of the public institutions, the cultivation of their ideological and political quality is particularly important. Based on the actual situation of public institutions, this paper systematically analyzes the challenges faced by the ideological and political education of young workers in public institutions, and discusses their coping strategies one by one. This paper systematically sorts out the current situation of ideological and political education for young workers, and analyzes their importance in improving the level of political identity, professional ethics and promoting their overall personal development. At the same time, this paper points out many problems and challenges in the implementation process, including the simplification of educational content and form, the lack of participation of young workers, the uneven distribution of educational resources and the influence of external environment. Based on these findings, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, optimize the content and methods of ideological and political education, improve the effectiveness of education, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the healthy development of public institutions.

Curriculum ideological and political education is an important way to cultivate college students in the new era with socialist core values. This study focuses on constructing the implementation strategy of ideological and political education in preschool education curriculum, especially by analyzing the examples of "children's stick figure drawing" curriculum, demonstrating the urgent need of integrating ideological and political education into preschool education majors, and exposing the main challenges encountered in the current practice of this field. According to the characteristics of the "children's stick figure painting" course content, the ideological and political education content is organically combined with the course content, in order to cultivate preschool educators with socialist core values.

This article explores the application and effectiveness of differentiated teaching in junior high school physical education. Through the case analysis of Boya Experimental School in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, the study found that differentiated teaching can effectively address individual differences among students, enhance their interest in physical education learning and sports skills. Specific implementation strategies include designing personalized teaching plans, innovating teaching content and methods, and diversifying evaluation systems. Case studies have shown that differentiated teaching significantly improves students' physical fitness, participation, and satisfaction. Teachers face issues of increased workload and uneven resource allocation during the implementation process. Future research should expand the sample size and explore how to use technological means to further improve the efficiency and quality of differentiated teaching.

This paper discusses the implementation path of cross-cultural course teaching in private universities based on BTL（Blended Teaching and Learning) model, and systematically analyzes cross-cultural courses from the aspects of theoretical background, teaching status, implementation design and optimization strategies. First, through literature review, the application of BTL model in education and its applicability in cross-cultural course teaching are sorted out, revealing its unique advantages in improving students' cross-cultural communication ability and cultural sensitivity. On this basis, the current teaching status and challenges of cross-cultural courses in private universities are analyzed, and the limitations in teachers, resources and quality assessment are pointed out. The implementation path proposed in this paper starts from the three stages of "before class-during class-after class", combines task orientation and collaborative learning, and constructs a teaching framework that combines theory and practice. In addition, through the optimization of teaching content and the establishment of a multi-dimensional evaluation system, the feedback mechanism of teaching quality is further improved. The research of this paper provides practical and feasible guidance strategies for cross-cultural course teaching in private universities, in order to achieve more efficient cross-cultural education under limited resource conditions and cultivate applied talents with global vision and cross-cultural adaptability.

In the context of the Big Data era, especially with the emergence of AI, various industries are facing enormous challenges. The advent of big data has also allowed humans to access and deeply use system data in a wider range, exploring knowledge and information that had never been seen before. Knowledge and information resources are crucial factors in promoting social and economic development. At the same time, innovative behavior is an essential skill closely linked to AI and big data in the 21st century, and it is one of the most important human resources. With the rapid development and widespread application of AI and big data technologies, how teachers in traditional education can avoid being replaced by machines, effectively stimulate their innovative behavior, improve their work performance, and contribute to organizational development has become a core issue that needs to be urgently addressed in the current era of rapidly acquired knowledge and breaking traditional education models. In the rapidly developing Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone, as one of the four poles of China's economic development, universities serve as a hub for talent cultivation, scientific and technological innovation, and industrial upgrading. The importance of the innovative behavior of Chengdu-Chongqing region's university teachers for organizational development is evident. Based on this, this article provides suggestions and explorations.

Is there ethics within the doctrine of Heidegger’s philosophy of Being, Heidegger seems to hold a contemptuous attitude towards ethics and only places ethics under ontology, believing that it is rootless to talk about norms and goodness without properly addressing the issues of Being. Daniel J Schmidt even said, “Discussing Heidegger with ethical life together is a provocation.” However, in fact, Heidegger’s late period had discussions on ethics, mainly displayed on Letter on “Humanism”. In that letter, he mentioned a type of “ursprüngliche Ethik (primordial ethics). However, this kind of “ethics” is neither the conventional study of goodness or oughtness following the past, nor should it even be called “ology”, because it is not a science related to ethics, but a Language that discloses êthos (dwelling) and clearing (Lichtung) the original elements of existence, insofar as the existential Being. That is, Heidegger intended to explore the essence of existence through the process of Ek-sistence, which relates to the nearest home of Being. The Home of Being is tied to the destiny of Ek-sistence, and this is the process of Ethics. Therefore, many scholars in China also believe that this primordial ethics is not a study of normal ethics, but a doctrine of preontology. But in other hand, I precisely believe that Heidegger’s contribution actually enriches the extension of ethics. Based on this, I will explore the issue of Heidegger’s “lost of ethics” and construct it from two dimensions, namely, from the perspectives of “existential ethics” and “primordial ethics”.
