Abstract

Sports, as a key lever for technical colleges to implement the fundamental task of "cultivating virtue and nurturing talents", plays an important role in promoting the healthy growth of students both physically and mentally, and improving the quality of talent cultivation in technical colleges. The traditional physical education teaching mode and strategy in vocational colleges are relatively single, making it difficult for students to have a good experience, which also affects the value of sports education. Immersive physical education teaching focuses on creating an "immersive" sports atmosphere, which can fully stimulate students' interest in sports, promote the improvement of physical education teaching effectiveness, and help students grow and develop better.
