At present, there are few special studies on meteorological personnel, but there are sufficient studies on job burnout. Therefore, this paper chooses meteorological talents as the object, uses the MBI scale to investigate, does the relevant factor analysis, and puts forward the measures to alleviate or solve the job burnout of meteorological talents.

Yan Chen, Ke Yang DOI:10.26789/ijest.v3i9.2008 AbstractTaking the management of major ongoing projects in the infrastructure department of a university in Beijing as an example, this study aims to explore the application of the PDCA cycle method in the entire process management. Analyze the risk factors such as cost, schedule, and quality that affect the refined management of engineering, and propose key methods such as contract constraints, performance evaluation, and the use of BIM technology to build a project collaborative management platform, to construct a PDCA cycle closed-loop application model for major infrastructure projects in universities. The application of PDCA method has greatly improved the efficiency of refined management throughout the entire process of infrastructure projects, ensuring the smooth completion of infrastructure projects and supporting the high-quality development of schools.

Xiaoyi Tang DOI:10.26789/ijest.v3i9.2010 AbstractThe study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of AI-generated writing feedback and investigate students' preferences between AI and teacher feedback. The research involved 270 college first-year students in an eight-week quasi-experimental design and weekly surveys. The results indicate that AI-generated feedback did not result in superior linguistic progress among students compared to those who received teacher feedback. Findings also reveal a near even split in preference for AI-generated or teacher feedback, with clear advantages to both feedback forms. The study implies that AI-generated feedback can be incorporated into writing evaluations. We recommend a blended approach that utilizes the strengths of both forms of feedback.

Zhilin He DOI:10.26789/ijest.v3i9.2011 AbstractMost high school students are in the period of self-awareness awakening. It is in such a special stage that those children who used to treat their parents are more likely to have negative and low emotions when they face differences between their life plans and their parents' expectations, which will affect their physical and mental health and cause family conflicts. As a subject teacher, how to help them to untie the heart knot with their parents? How to provide them with the reference and advice on planning their life reasonably? How can you guide them through their adolescence more smoothly? All this, I wrote down my own practice and thinking. This paper focuses on a case of psychological counseling and education for students who are absent-minded and depressed, so as to explore the moral education methods that can be implemented after students encounter setbacks. At the same time, the author hopes that the several thoughts proposed in this paper can help more teachers who are troubled by moral education problems and students who have similar confusion in adolescence.

Yunyun Ma, Ting Quan DOI:10.26789/ijest.v3i9.2012 AbstractIn view of the dynamic change of decision system data in practical problems, the concept of attribute importance function is proposed, which eff ectively avoids the defi ciency of considering only each attribute based on importance reduction algorithm. In the calculation process of matrix reduction algorithm, the sample combination explosion between big data causes huge time consumption. The matrix dimension reduction processing method is proposed, which greatly improves the effi ciency and accuracy of calculation. Finally, an incremental reduction algorithm based on matrix dimensionality reduction is presented, and the correctness of the algorithm is tested. Meanwhile, the results of the four algorithms are compared to verify the eff ectiveness of the algorithm.

Gang Zhao, Youfang Mei, Hu Chen DOI:10.26789/ijest.v3i9.2014 AbstractSince the reform of CET4 in 2023, the cloze test, as a question type designed to test students' comprehensive language application abilities, requires examinees not only to have reading comprehension skills but also to master grammatical structures and word meaning discrimination, while possessing logical thinking and analytical judgment abilities. This paper aims to explore the problem-solving strategies for the cloze test in the reading comprehension section of the College English Test Band 4 (CET4). The article conducts a detailed analysis from three aspects: ability assessment design, problem-solving steps, and problem-solving skills, aiming to provide effective problem-solving methods for examinees to improve their scores in this question type. Through the analysis of past exam questions, this paper proposes specific problem-solving steps and skills, including vocabulary grouping, grammatical structure analysis, and maintenance of semantic coherence, in the hope of helping examinees achieve better results in the CET4 examination.
